The Museum Clubhouse is available for events like birthday parties, meetings, baby showers, retirement parties, seminars, craft fairs, etc.

The Clubhouse is available for rent 7 days a week, has kitchen facilities and provides comfortable seating for up to 50 people.

Rental Fees

  • $600 per day (up to 8 hrs. between 10AM and 10PM)
  • $200 refundable deposit for clean up
  • Members get 25% off (student and prorated memberships excluded)
  • Full payment by cash or credit card due 7 days before the event 
  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date.  It will be applied to the rental fee.
  • Proof that you have acquired event insurance is required.  We have no specific recommendation for where to acquire the insurance, but several groups have purchased their insurance from Eventsured.  Forbes has a list of what they say are the best event insurance companies.

Rental includes use of the following:

  • ADA restrooms
  • Large TV/LCD display
  • Tables and chairs
  • Projector screen
  • Outdoor patio and surrounding grass area


We can arrange for group museum tours if your event takes place during normal museum hours.
